  Notes	The Social Security Application and Claims Index gives his full name as Albert Smith Goodman and his exat birth date. It names his parents as Thomas Goodman and Rosina Berkley. Probably the Albert S. Goodman listed as nephew in the 1900 census of sister Ann Eliza's household. Living with Ann, her husband Harry Reif and their children is her widowed father, Thomas H Goodman. Listed under Thomas is Albert, age 29, described as nephew to Harry Reif. Albert's death certificate gives the same birth date as given in his Social Security application. He was widowed when he died and his usual occupation was given as City Fireman. The informant was Mattie Kennedy, relationship unknown, and she named his father, in error, as Samuel Goodman and his mother as Rosina. Mattie was Albert and Blanche's daughter, found in the 1920 census. Albert was 48 years old, Blanche was 31 and born in Ohio. Albert's occupation was given as City Fireman.
