- Is it possible that Elijah was married before his marriage to Mary Hellings, the date for which I haven't found? A members list pre-separation of 1827 for both Falls and Makefield meetings with changes in membership dated 1829 lists three Leedom families:
Jesse & Mary - ch. Edward, David, Rachel, Eliza
Charles (Member) & Lydia (Disowned) - ch. Jesse T (6), David R. (4), Edward (3), Beulah (2)(Deceased), Thomas (1), Elizabeth Matilda [no age, added after original list]
Elijah & Lucy - ch. Elizabeth
Elijah Sr had been disowned in 1793 for marrying out of unity and he and Lucy Yardley did not have a daughter Elizabeth that I know about. In addition they had by all accounts moved to Ohio where Lucy died sometime after 1830 and Elijah Sr. dying in 1840. At this point I'm not sure exactly who this member's list refers to.

Elijah Leedom died 1 Jul in Upper Makefield tp, age 46.

Transcribed by Sally Jaquet Roberts from the blueprint of the graveyard.
Stones in lot D68 and D69 exist but were not legible. Wife Mary is buried in D66 and son Joseph is buried in lot D70 so it seems likely or at least possible that Leedoms are buried in lots 68 and 69 as well.
