- Named as "my daughter Elizabeth Blankly, wife of George Blankly" in her mother Rose Pyott's will written 3 Feb 1832.
In 1860 Elizabeth Blankley was 76 years old and living in Newtown, Delaware Co in the household of Reece and Eliza Pyott. Her 42 year old daughter Mary was with her in addition to a 21 year old James Pyott, and five other apparently unrelated people.
On 3 May 1866 Elizabeth Blankley, a resident of the 24th ward of Philadelphia, applied for a War of 1812 pension for her husband George who died on 24 Jun 1843. She stated that George had been a Sergeant in the PA Volunteers under Capt. Jacob Hoffman and that George had served more than two months.
Elizabeth died barely five months after receiving her pension annuity of ten dollars per month. Her obituary in the Public Ledger states that Elizabeth's funeral was to be held from her unnamed daughter's residence at Fifty-fourth and Wyalusing streets. No cemetery is named.
