News: Despite the Login on the Menu, no Login or Registration is required. We use this for administrative purposes only.

We now have three genealogy files on this site: our main database which is a combined ‘Ives-Leedom’ tree, plus two additional working trees with so-far unconnected people I've found along the way, ‘Leedoms-unknown’ and ‘Netherlands-unknown’. All of the Search results will identify which tree contains the individual or place in question.

Different sources sometimes have conflicting information and there are undoubtedly a few typographical errors in here as well. Please feel free to send us any corrections to errors you may find in our files. Additions are always welcome too!

Jacob wrote his will 1 Sep 1812 leaving all his personal estate to his wife Mary. He left to his step-children, namely Jacob, Henry, John, and Peter Dager, Catherine the wife of Abraham Hess late Catharine Dager, and Mary Nace, later Mary Dager the wife of Daniel Nace, 1.5 acres of land in Whitemarsh which he purchased of Henry Scheetz, Esq. and Daniel Hitner. After his wife Mary's dower was deducted he left the remainder to be divided equally among all his step-children.
