  Notes	The family records of Irene (Linsenmaier) Roth in Germany give the name of Gottlieb's first wife, and mother of all of his children, as "Sarah" Magdalene Eisele, but the Van Buren MI death records of sons David and Christian give their mother's first name as "Susan" (maiden name not given). It is not known (by me) which name is correct - Sarah or Susan. It is possible that both could be correct. While my knowledge of German naming practices is rather limited I have seen instances in my research where individuals have had more than one middle name and first and middle names could be used interchangably (or so it seemed), so she could have had both names as part of her full name.
