- In 1910 Philip and Mary had been married for seven years and were living in Philadelphia with their one son, Audrey.
His WWI Draft Registration gives his exact birth date as well as his full name and shows he and Mary resided at 5265 Jefferson Street, Philadelphia.
In 1920 they were still in Philadelphia with Philip A., their 16 year old son. Mary's parents, Richard M. and Ada A. Pyott, were living with them. Philip's occupation was Paymaster, Ship Building, and Richard Pyott was now a Machinist in an Auto Car Factory.
By 1940 Philip A. Mowrer Sr was a widower and living with his two sons, Philip A. Jr, and Richard G, in Camden, NJ.
In his WWII Draft Registration card dated 27 Apr 1942 Philip gave his address as 210 N. Manoa Rd, Upper Darby.
The SSDI shows he died in Jan 1967. His obituary names his widow and Florence French Mowrer so he appartnly married a second time after Mary's early death.
