Benjamin wrote his will 29 Mar 1797. He named his kinsman Joseph Worrall, leaving him his several items of apparel with all other apparel to go to his step-son Moses Thomson. Benjamin then left his daughter Frances Worrall all his personal and real estate. If she were to die before age eighteen, Benjamin left one hundred pounds to Peter Taylor and then the whole of his estate to be divided between the said Joseph Worrall and Moses Thomson. He appointed his friends Edward Hunter of Newtown and Joseph Rhoads of Marple as Executors. Both men renounced their Executorships and Letters of Administration were granted to Mordecai Taylor on 5 Oct 1797.
